Branch Manager, Electrical Testing & Maintenance – Nashville

This is a branch leadership role with full P&L ownership. You’ll lead a NETA testing and maintenance branch outside Nashville, and you’ll own its growth, profit, safety and customer relationships.

What you’ll do

• Own the branch P&L: revenue, margin, labor use and job costing.
• Schedule and develop a team of field techs, and coordinate large jobs with sister branches.
• Walk jobs, build and review quotes, and grow key accounts.
• Audit test reports and field work for quality and safety.
• Hire, train and coach techs up through NETA levels.
• Travel: up to 50%

What you bring

• NETA Level III or IV certification, and a background as a hands-on field tech.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch-level leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and to travel as needed.

Pay & benefits: $125K–$160K base plus up to 15% bonus. Full benefits, 401(k) match and a company vehicle.
