Circuit Breaker Technician III – Lebanon, TN

This is a hands-on, shop-based role rebuilding, testing and calibrating circuit breakers for a leading mission-critical power services company with 40+ locations across the US and Canada. If you like tearing down breakers and putting them back together right, this one is worth a look.

What you’ll do

• Inspect, tear down, clean, repair, reassemble and calibrate circuit breakers from a wide range of manufacturers
• Run final electrical and mechanical function tests so every breaker meets OEM guidelines and customer requirements
• Troubleshoot breakers and their auxiliary devices
• Document “as found” and “as left” conditions and test results on breaker test sheets

What you bring

• Experience with low-voltage switchgear breakers (up to 600V) and medium-voltage breakers (up to 15kV)
• Solid understanding of electrical power systems
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• A strong troubleshooting mindset and a safety-first approach
